While we like to let people see what we’re up to, the reality of farming is that we’re often running like crazy trying to get everything done!
It can be hard for us to switch gears with unexpected visitors.
To help make visits more fun for everyone, we make an effort to organize Field Days throughout the year where our members and supporters are actively encouraged to come out, experience the farm, meet the sheep, see the spectacular views… and get to know their farmers in their natural habitat.
(Except they’ll be showered and relaxed – ready for company!)
If you’d like to be added to the invitation list, please feel free to contact us.
Remember: When planning for a farm visit…
- Dress for the weather!
- We’re family friendly, but this is a working farm, so make sure everyone is prepared to encounter mud, bugs, sun, rain, livestock, and farming equipment in a safe and enjoyable way.
- Wear comfortable, closed-toed footwear, a hat, and layers.
- We respectfully ask you to please leave your dogs and other pets at home.
